The Schwarz Real Estate Service combines all real estate services for the management locations of the companies within the Schwarz Group under one roof.

They secure property acquisitions and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available as contact persons for all real estate matters, both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities:

Conception and development of holistic strategies for the energy supply of the future
Independent coordination of projects for sustainable energy supply and energy efficiency
Technical and organizational coordination of internal and external project partners in an international environment
Planning, expansion and further development of energy structures within the companies of the Schwarz Group
Identification and evaluation of new approaches, ideas and projects at the interface of innovation and sustainability

Your profile:

Completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification ideally with a focus on renewable energies or energy technology
Practical experience in project management and relevant areas
Strong analytical thinking skills, conceptual approach and a high degree of flexibility
High level of commitment and proficiency in using MS Office applications
Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel internationally
Structured and goaloriented work style combined with strong communication skills
