  • You work together with the residents (m/f/d) to shape their daily lives and promote their individual and self-determined way of living
  • You accompany the residents (m/f/d) on activities outside of the home (doctor's appointments, shopping, leisure activities, excursions)
  • You are responsible for carrying out and documenting nursing and educational measures
  • You are responsible for creating and implementing an individual support and development plan
  • You have successfully completed training as a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/f/d) or Erzieher (m/f/d)
