We are currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN SALES SUPPORT (M/F/D) for our B&K headquarters in Hamburg-Harburg. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and always keep an overview. Through proactive communication with the sales team, you efficiently resolve customer issues. You ensure a timely response to customer inquiries by the sales team. You professionally enter new customers into our database and keep customer data up to date. You ensure a smooth comparison of prospect data with existing customer master data.
