At our three locations in Ulm, Karlsruhe and Ammelshain, over 330 employees work on the production of certified solid wood profiles for facades, interior design and terraces, as well as colors from our own paint laboratory with an attached paint factory. For our location in Ulm, we are currently looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d).

YOUR TASKS

Support and advice for existing customers
Processing of customer inquiries and creation of calculations and customer-specific offers
Participation in the identification and acquisition of potential new customers in close cooperation with the field sales team
Proactive involvement in the further development and optimization of internal sales processes
Management and preparation of customer and product data
Order acceptance, tracking and processing

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in sales support, ideally in the wood or building materials industry
Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably MS Dynamics Navision
