We are a renowned and internationally successful manufacturer of heating and cooking appliances.

In order to further expand the positive development of our company, we are looking for a dedicated clerk (m/f/d) at our location in Ismaning.

Responsibilities:

Processing sales of appliances: actively supporting existing and new customers as well as the sales team through all communication channels
Providing individual and solutionoriented customer advice
Processing orders from online customers (portals to end consumers)
Processing domestic orders
Data maintenance and general administrative tasks
Close collaboration with the sales management and team

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial and/or technical education
Teamwork, commitment, personal responsibility, and high flexibility
Experience in communicating with customers via phone and email
Good knowledge of MS Office/SAP
R3 knowledge is not mandatory but advantageous
Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
