YOUR MISSION

  • Responsible for the tax matters of the German group companies
  • Point of contact for questions regarding national and international tax law for the respective group companies
  • Supervision of tax audits
  • Determination of tax provisions and tax planning calculations
  • Coordination of all significant tax processes and coordination of relevant topics with external tax consultants
  • Function as an expert (m/w/d) for both external interfaces, tax consultants, auditors, and internal contacts



• Detailed consultation and optimization of the tax position in restructuring projects, such as

  • Internal restructuring, including mergers, liquidations, share transfers
