Your tasks

The main focus of your work will be:

Collaboration with the youth welfare office in juvenile court proceedings according to the Juvenile Court Act (JGG):

Counseling and support for young people and their legal guardians, as well as young adults, in court and out-of-court proceedings (diversion)

Preparation of youth welfare reports, in particular regarding the current living situation and environment of young people, as well as opinions and assessments regarding possible measures

Assessment of pedagogical needs, involvement of relevant specialist agencies, and referral (e.g. Brücke Starnberg e.V., General Social Services, Parenting Counseling Center, Drug Counseling, etc.)

Participation in main court hearings

Monitoring of judicial instructions or conditions

Networking, e.g. with Brücke Starnberg e.V., Probation Services, Youth Welfare Facilities)

What we expect from you:

Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Social Work (m/f/d) or Bachelor of Arts in Education (m/f/d) or successfully completed degree as a Diplom-Sozialpädagoge (FH) (m/f/d)
