Description

For the after-school care at Lorettoschule, we are looking for a full-time (39 hours/week) Deputy Care Manager (m/f/d) to complement our management team starting from or later.

Your responsibilities

Co-manage the care program with the management team (along with another deputy and manager)
Responsible for one of two cluster teams: organizing team meetings, supporting educators, creating work schedules
Organizational management tasks (coordination with catering company, organizing substitute coverage for sick employees)
Conceptual management tasks (cooperative development of care concept)
Provide pedagogical guidance and support to employees of the after-school care program in their work with children and parents
Collaborate with all stakeholders of the school community and participate in committee work
Lead a group of elementary school children daily from 12-3pm (including supervision during lunch and study time)

Our requirements

Successful completion of a degree in social pedagogy, education, or a related field (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in similar fields
Independent and structured work style
Strong communication and collaboration skills
