What to expect
- Creation and commissioning of assembly and testing systems for Montello
- Clarification of technical details with customers, suppliers, and departments
- Verification of technical specifications, values, and limits
- Conducting customer trainings (in German and English)
- Technical support in the design and testing of new system components
- On-site and online customer support
- Analysis of system malfunctions and measurement problems, and resolution of issues
- Coordination of appointments with customers and other parties (construction managers, project managers, production managers)
What you bring
- Degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Programming skills (C, C#, Visual Basic, Python)
- Practical experience in using technical documentation
- Knowledge of Ethernet basics (addressing/communication protocols)
- English language skills (B2 level)
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to travel
