Responsibilities:

Ongoing bookkeeping and payment processing
Accounts receivable and payable accounting
Review of incoming invoices, processing of invoice approval process, and initiation of payments
Debt collection
Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Qualifications:

Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in the field
Several years of experience in accounting
Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as DATEV-Rewe/Kost
Experience with ERP systems desired
Structured and conscientious work style
Strong team player
Very good knowledge of German
