*As a Rotating Equipment Engineer (m/f/d), your main responsibilities will include:
  • Demonstrating acceptance of Air Products' BSP (Basic Safety Process) culture and ensuring that safety standards are appropriately followed. This includes responsibility for reporting near-misses and APTs (Accident Predictive Techniques) as a preventive measure.
  • Investigating equipment failures, determining the root cause, and recommending appropriate solutions to prevent recurrence or eliminate the cause.
  • Providing hands-on and supervisory support in resolving mechanical equipment issues on-site as they arise.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and regular review of preventive/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall plant capacity.
  • Staying up-to-date on new methods, work practices, equipment, machinery, technologies, etc., evaluating them, and participating in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Providing technical and practical support during shutdowns.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, and performing work to the highest standard possible. Applying the philosophy of continuous improvement in daily work.
