For our office center located in
Frankfurt am Main, we are currently seeking a full-time
Location Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
Your (future) responsibilities:
- Organizing the office center (processes, quality checks)
- Diverse tasks in center management, administration, basic accounting, and sales
- General office organization and coordination
- Conducting and monitoring monthly customer billing in our billing software
- Providing topnotch service and customer care
- Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors
- Assisting with secretarial tasks (answering calls, handling mail)
- Conference management (creating conference and catering offers, followup, reservations, billing)
- Handling customer complaints
- Leading and guiding the office center team, including trainees
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in the office center industry, hospitality, or another service industry preferred
- Enjoy working with people
- Strong service mentality and team spirit
- Experience in personnel management
- Good knowledge of English, additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility, team spirit, and independence
- Strong sense of responsibility for managing the office center
- Ability to organize and work independently
- Sales orientation or experience is a plus
