What can you expect?
- You independently carry out planning and approval procedures according to the Building Code (BauGB) for the realization of photovoltaic systems
- You coordinate the requirements within the scope of approval planning, create the necessary documents and coordinate the projects with the responsible approval and specialist authorities, including ongoing controlling
- You are responsible for urban planning, including the creation of project-related documents for the preparation, updating, and modification of land use plans, the preparation of development plans in cooperation with municipalities, the creation of urban planning justifications and environmental reports, as well as plan drawings for development plans
- You commission and evaluate external expert opinions, especially environmental expert opinions on nature and landscape, species, and habitats
