With around 350 employees, the company is essential for the success of daily operations at the hospital and contributes significantly to the well-being of patients, the Klinikum Neumarkt staff, and external partners.

YOUR TASKS:


  • Professional and personnel responsibility for the staff in the housekeeping department
  • Compliance, implementation, and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations
  • Coordination and optimization of work processes in the housekeeping department
  • Organization and management of external service providers
  • Management of interface areas
  • Regular coordination and exchange with the overall management/management
  • Creation of staff deployment and vacation plans in cooperation with your team
  • Undertaking organizational and administrative tasks in various projects

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a qualified education or degree in the field of housekeeping
