We, the Traffic Training Center in Russellville, TN, are a competent partner for professional training and further education in the field of freight and passenger transport, as well as many other adult education courses.
We are currently seeking a motivated employee (m/f/d) who is also willing to take on substitute duties at our various training facilities for vacations and sick leave.
Job Description
We expect:

- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Very good German language skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Navision (or similar programs)
- Willingness to work as a substitute at our training facilities for vacations and sick leave
Your tasks:
- Handling telephone and written customer inquiries
- Personal customer consultation
- General administrative tasks
- Course management (preparation and followup)
- Course supervision
- Maintaining contact with customers
- Exam registrations
