:
As an Integrated Partner Manager, you'll play a vital role in executing HealthJoy's growth strategy. You'll build trusted relationships with our national integrated partners, supporting interactions with brokers and customers.
This means nurturing relationships both in person and virtually, collaborating with our Field Sales team, and ensuring seamless experiences for our partners and their clients.
You'll also serve as the "Voice of Partner," developing and enhancing partnerships to drive growth and client retention.Your impact
:
Business Development:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage partner relationships independently and ensure clarity in guidance
- Regularly visit integrated partners, participate in relevant meetings, and interact with partner executives and teams to drive success
- Act as a strategic thought leader by educating partners on our value proposition and being a trusted advisor
Sales Enablement and Support:
- Work closely with partner account managers to ensure visibility into client pipeline and support field sales team in broker conversations
Operations and Reporting:
- Develop and execute HealthJoy methodology and processes, including QBRs and success KPIs
- Own the development of template materials and lead discussions with partners to reinforce value
- Ensure timely rollout of partner solutions and track/report partner metrics to internal stakeholders
- Provide expertise on HealthJoy's product suite and best practices to guide partners
- Lead training programs and collaborate with partners on joint collaboration activities
- Manage time and priorities effectively to optimize client pipeline and retention
- Use data analysis tools to monitor trends and provide insights to internal teams
- Identify and escalate risks and opportunities across projects and participate in partner calls to ensure alignment
Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with integrated partner stakeholders to drive success
Your experience
:
- Minimum of five years in sales, account management, or customer success within employee benefits or healthcare SaaS
- Customercentric mindset and passion for helping customers succeed
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fastpaced, highgrowth environment
Total Rewards:
Job Level: 40
Base Compensation Range for Job Level:
$100,000-130,000

Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.
HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes.
