JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Oversee daytoday operations, ensuring seamless and efficient production workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring excellent and consistent customer service in all aspects of our operation.
  • Lead across departments in order to manage the project lifecycle from initial client engagement to final payment and project closeout.
  • Oversee supply chain management, quality control and production scheduling.
  • Reviews and approves costcontrol reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for all projects.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the entire staff to achieve and exceed performance targets, including providing mentorship and ensuring training goals are met.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall effectiveness.
  • Be attuned and engaged with all departments in order to facilitate collaboration and crossfunctionality.
  • Establish and monitor key productivity indicators (KPIs), implementing a datadriven project approach powered by technology in order to achieve operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize operational workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure costeffectiveness and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational challenges.
  • Oversight of the environmental health and safety function within the organization in order to ensure that safety is the number one focus in all we do.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customercentricity within the organization.
  • Partner with owners to identify and execute new market development expansion including implementing a staffing strategy and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role managing large volume construction projects and operations.
  • Ability to demonstrate past successes in largescale project management, client engagement, peoplemanagement, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and employee development.
  • Ability to understand and oversee project accounting to ensure revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to manage companywide and departmental budgets and forecasts in order to keep projects on time and within scope.
  • Track record of implementing and managing technology solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record in communicating and managing safety standards across the organization.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Analytical mindset, strongly capable of making datadriven decisions to support operational excellence.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, employees, vendors, and internal department leads such as Finance, HR, Sales.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute plans for operational excellence and expansion.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills to respond quickly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid mathematical skills.

  • Management experience with multiple projects and operation staff.

  • Strong technical knowledge and computer literacy.
  • Expert in standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the restoration and reconstruction field.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time. Must have the flexibility to travel via car and/or air, on short notice as the business dictates.

Our business requires emergency preparedness and response as well as the flexibility to be available after normal business hours and on weekends.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is typically performed in an interior/office work environment, but physical presence on job sites is often necessary. This demands attention to safety and adaptability to changing conditions. Must be able to walk project job s
