Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation of collection concepts regarding themes, colors, fabrics, details, prints, and key looks based on the creative direction and company strategy
  • Responsibility for the design team and development of a market and target grouporiented collection, considering quality, fit, cost optimization, and focus on point of sale, optimal space management, and own retail
  • Preparation and execution of concept meetings and workshops, as well as collection handovers to sales
  • Close collaboration with technical, pattern making, and procurement departments accompanying the collection development from idea to sales sample
  • Regular exchange with product management, sales, and marketing for optimal product design
  • Research and trend analysis
  • Presentation of the collection to customers and press

Your Profile:

  • Completed fashion design studies or a comparable qualification
  • Enthusiasm for women's wear and lifestyle in the modern casual mainstream market
  • Fashion sense for trends and understanding of target groups
  • Feminine
