Your tasks:

  • Support the team in projects and events, as well as preparations for catering if necessary
  • Planning, organization, implementation and settlement of events
  • Continuous maintenance of standards of NEW WORK / Essener Kochwerke
  • Professional guidance and training of own employees of the organization
  • Conveying of practical knowledge to "nonspecialist" employees
  • Further development of processes, standards and concepts of the department
  • Liaison between customers and our specialist departments (logistics, kitchen)
  • Consultation of customers on our catering services
  • Preparation of offers and contracts
  • Ensuring legal quality and hygiene standards
  • Organization of warehouses (equipment and beverages)
