Your responsibilities will include:


  • Dispatching partial and full loads from our warehouse or customer's location
  • Independently managing, organizing, and optimizing transport processes
  • Providing comprehensive operational support and advice to our customers
  • Creating quotes
  • Handling customer service and complaints

We are looking for someone with:

  • Successfully completed training as a commercial specialist (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a strong focus on customer service
  • High level of motivation and communication skills
  • Team spirit and good planning and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
