- Development of concepts for the technical implementation of congresses and events
- Planning and coordination of the necessary AV technology, including lighting, sound and video technology
- Budget responsibility and cost control for assigned projects
- Selection and coordination of external service providers and suppliers
- Close cooperation with clients, organizers and internal teams
- Ensuring technical quality and smooth processes during events
YOUR STRENGTHS:
- Completed studies in event technology, media technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in planning and implementing AV technology projects
- Indepth knowledge of AV and congress technology
- Project management skills and experience in budget management
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Teamwork and assertiveness
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as the willingness to work at events outside of regular office hours
