  • Development, elaboration and supervision of work preparation / capacity planning
  • Bottleneck management in close coordination with logistics
  • Responsibility for maintenance and release of bills of materials with breakpoint management in close consultation with all affected areas
  • Analysis and solution of complex production problems
  • Creation and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Defining standards and optimizing processes
  • Implementation of continuous improvement measures
  • Preparation of risk analyses
  • Conducting costeffectiveness and feasibility analyses, as well as systematically identifying weaknesses, sources of disruption and potential for improvement
  • Close collaboration with production and departments such as quality management, purchasing, sales, product and project management

Job-related requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of production/manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on production technology or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on work preparation / capacity planning
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
