Your responsibilities

  • You build and maintain a diverse network of companies and candidates
  • You accompany the entire recruitment lifecycle - from identifying suitable candidates to successfully integrating them into the company
  • You proactively use various sourcing methods to identify and approach highly qualified candidates
  • You conduct candidate qualifications and application interviews, prepare candidates for interviews and salary negotiations
  • You identify the specific requirements of clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • You conduct in-depth analyses of the client and market environment to make informed decisions in the recruitment process
  • You are the empathetic contact person for HR managers and executives
