At Helios Klinikum Schwelm, we hire apprentices (m/f/d) for the position of nursing assistant several times a year.

What to expect
  • After completing the one-year training, your task will be to responsibly and professionally perform core nursing tasks.
  • This includes, for example, providing basic care, monitoring vital signs, accompanying our patients to examinations, preparing meals, and assisting with eating.
  • You will learn everything you need step by step in various practical (950 hours) and theoretical (700 hours) training units.
What you bring
  • Secondary school diploma or higher
  • Interest in nursing, social, and medical fields
  • Previous internship in the nursing field is desirable
  • Empathy, teamwork, and social skills
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
