For our client, a service laboratory located in a central location in Munich, we are currently looking for a:

Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) Sample Reception

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely processing of incoming orders
  • Unpacking incoming orders
  • Clarification of unclear orders
  • Sample registration in the laboratory information system
  • Scanning and digitization of order documents
  • Centrifugation of sample material
  • Sample distribution
  • Processing of study samples after appropriate training
  • Participation in internal training and further education measures

Our requirements:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in a medical field
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Teamwork skills
  • Experience in handling customers on the phone is an advantage
  • Reliable, fast and accurate working style
