As a Legal Advisor for Public Law (m/f/d), you will deal with the diverse legal issues that our department handles. In addition to providing service-oriented advice to our member companies in the Upper Bavarian crafts sector, there are also government-assigned tasks. Our department's responsibilities include, among others:

Political representation of interests in legislative projects related to public law
Legal supervision of guilds and district craft associations
Advising our member companies on public law matters
