Description
We are applying to you and are looking for you on behalf of our client for a permanent position as a dedicated part-time HR administrator with approximately 20 hours per week in the center of Stuttgart starting immediatelyResponsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Applicant management
- Administrative HR tasks such as issuing employment contracts, additional agreements, and contract changes
- Creating job postings, managing applicants
- Support in projects, such as setting up a new facility, job fairs
- Assistance with payroll processing
- Maintenance of employee data
- Managing digital personnel files
- Preparation and review of payroll, which is handled by our central HR department
- Other organizational and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Commercial education or degree
- First experience in the HR field
- Knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with HR management systems
- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and organizational skills
