The Non-Profit Society for Parity Social Work Braunschweig mbH (GGPS) is a diverse, creative, colorful, and dedicated company with a wide range of support services for people, employing around 650 people.

We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for our Finance Department to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Processing of billing in the area of children, youth, and family
Communication with funding agencies
Processing of accounts receivable in the area of children, youth, and family
Booking of facility cash registers
Administration and accounting support for facilities

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting and a strong affinity for numbers (e.g. office clerk, financial accountant, or tax clerk)
Preferably several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a social service company
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Independent work style, sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork
