What to Expect:

As a working student (m/f/d), you will support various topics in the operational daily business of personnel recruitment, marketing, and support
You will also actively participate in special projects, such as employer branding or personnel development
You will assist in identifying suitable candidates through various recruiting channels such as social media or online portals, as well as direct approaches
You will contribute your creative ideas to the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of target groupspecific sourcing strategies and channels
As an organizational talent, you will assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of trade fairs or events, such as the introduction day for new employees
Researching various personnel topics and preparing information using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint completes an exciting range of tasks
