To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a "Coordinator Integrated Management Systems (m/f/d)" in Hallett, OK.

As the Coordinator for Integrated Management Systems (IMS Coordinator), you will work with the site management team to ensure the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of an integrated management system for health, safety, environment, energy, quality, and sustainability at the site level.

You will be the main point of contact between the site management and the global HSSEQ organization for the implementation of requirements from global HSSEQ manuals and general instructions at the site level.

The IMS Coordinator promotes the processes of the Integrated Management System, including moderating meetings.

You will support the tracking of key performance indicators and improvement measures and ensure the establishment and documentation of processes to meet HSSEQ requirements and fulfill expectations.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination with the global HSSEQ department to ensure understanding of global requirements and communicate these requirements to the relevant element and process owners at the site
Moderation of IMS meetings to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
Monitoring the status of elements and processes and reporting concerns to the site management
Responsible for promoting awareness of IMS requirements throughout the organization
Reporting on the status of IMS to the global HSSEQ department as needed
