At Ashdown, we are a partner for painters and coating companies, providing support for company pensions and vacation security. We manage pension accounts for over [number] insured individuals for retirement planning.

Starting September 1, 2024, we are offering an apprenticeship position for a specialist in computer science / application development (m/f/d) with an integrated degree in business informatics (B.Sc.).

The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years, with the possibility of shortening the IHK training depending on previous education. The degree program at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences lasts for 7 semesters, starting in the winter semester.

Qualifications we are looking for include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a focus on computer science, natural sciences, or mathematics;
  • Enjoyment of analyzing technical problems and ideally some knowledge in software development;
  • Willingness to learn and perform, and enjoyment of challenges;
  • Logical thinking and mathematical understanding;
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken;
  • Perseverance and creativity
