Responsibilities:


What you will do:


  • Create a positive technology experience for new team members by preconfiguring workstations and providing personal interactions to help them succeed quicker.
  • Provide high level customer service and support to our team members and their technology needs to ensure normal business operations and continued service to our communities.
  • Understand end user needs. Assess team member and departmental requests and requirements to devise solutions and/or provide better tools that will optimize business functions and processes such as better hardware, software and training materials for technology.
  • Serve as part of high performing infrastructure and operations team to ensure the reliable delivery of IT services and operations; responsible for maintaining a high performing computing infrastructure companywide to ensure availability of critical systems and mínimal service interruptions.
  • Assist residents with technical issues across Beam Living properties; Be the smiling face on the front line.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining IT essentials such as OS Management, patch management, antivirus, citrix.
  • Assist with maintenance of the Office 365 environment along with Azure services such as InTune.
  • Create scripts and jobs via PowerShell and similar technologies to automate processes to improve efficiency.
  • Work with other members of the infrastructure team on the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of VoIP systems such as Zoom Phones / Contact Center.
  • Collaborate with our business partners to enhance and promote the technologies that deliver better performance and continue to expand the capabilities of our technology operations.

Qualifications:

Basic familiarity (0-4 years) with workplace systems and processes. Real estate or hospitality experience is a plus.
