Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Problem Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of products and services.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
