Key Responsibilities:

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.

  • Stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of products and services.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

  • Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
