Responsibilities:

As part of a dynamic, multicultural team, you ensure that end users do not have to deal with software errors
You analyze new software, such as merchandise management systems, and systematically identify sources of errors
You document your results and work with your colleagues to develop standards for future test cases
You understand and analyze user requirements and have a focus on both functionality and user-friendliness of the programs
Your contacts from the specialist department and implementation department rely on your friendly and knowledgeable advice

Qualifications:

You have completed training or studies in the IT field, or you simply find the topic of IT exciting and would like to enter the field of testing as a career changer
A high affinity for IT and enjoyment in finding bugs, as well as a strong willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas, are important
You are interested in technology, but also have an interest in understanding the processes within the software
Your pleasant demeanor and sensitivity to user needs allow you to build a good relationship with your contacts
In addition, you have a strong work ethic, team spirit, and reliability
You have fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
