Administrative Assistant (Human)


Your responsibilities include:


  • You skillfully handle general administrative tasks such as archiving and handling confidential data, as well as creating reports and minutes
  • You are responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors
  • You manage and maintain the company's fleet, including scheduling appointments
  • You handle customer orders in specific computer programs

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a vocational training in the commercialadministrative field or have a comparable education
  • Ideally, you have already gained some work experience
  • You are proficient in using computer programs, especially with all common MS Office applications
  • You can work at a fast pace and adapt to changes when needed
  • You impress us with your team spirit, professional demeanor, and communication skills
  • You show initiative and work in a solutionoriented and structured manner
