We offer a qualified apprenticeship as a Construction Materials Tester (m/f/d)

With an apprenticeship as a construction materials tester, depending on your qualifications, you will be responsible for testing and documenting soils, construction products, and building materials. In our company, we primarily train in the field of concrete technology. During your apprenticeship at the vocational school, which takes place in blocks in Selb, you will also learn about other areas of application such as soil analysis and asphalt technology.

In the field of concrete technology, these building materials are tested for their properties and suitability. For example, you will determine fresh concrete and hardened concrete properties such as compressive strength, flexural strength, and test mortar, among other things. You will also analyze aggregates and classify the results into specific strength classes. As part of your training, you will be introduced to chemical and physical measurement methods. In your work, you will follow target values, quality regulations, building material standards, and other regulations. You will document, evaluate, and graphically present your test and measurement results. You will also create test reports and explain your findings to customers.
