The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and further education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

We are currently looking for a Sales Office Assistant (m/f/d) for our learning studio in
Cologne-Ehrenfeld.

Your daily tasks:

  • Conducting sales and consultation discussions
  • Coordination of lessons (scheduling and selection of teachers, organization of course schedules, appointment coordination)
  • Customer support and care
  • Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
  • Office organization

Your qualifications:

  • Multitalented in sales and organization
  • Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
  • Professional experience
  • Service orientation and a trustworthy approach to students and course participants
  • Experience with computers and software
