Responsibilities at Bear Creek:

Independently identify potential customers in the sales area and make contact with them
Purchase air and sea freight and create corresponding offers for agents and partners
Regularly exchange with operational departments to sustainably promote and strengthen customer enthusiasm for our products
Design and implement sales activities to further drive the strategic growth of Raben Sea & Air (RSA)
Create customer presentations and statistics tailored to their needs

What we expect:

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarder or have a comparable qualification with a focus on transport and logistics
You have extensive experience in sales and are accustomed to conducting negotiations
Your German and English skills are excellent both orally and in writing
Your strengths include excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy, a confident demeanor, and creativity with a solutionoriented approach
You have a talent for persuasive conversation and closing deals
You are highly motivated and committed to achieving ambitious goals
You are proficient in MS Office and regular business travel is not a problem for you
