Training as a Paint Laboratory Technician

We are a leading company in the field of spray paint systems with an international focus.

Job Description

As a paint laboratory technician, you will work in the development and production of spray paint systems. You will test the quality of paints and colors in the laboratory, document measurement data, and analyze them. From the second year of training, you will accompany development projects with the chance of a performance-based bonus. You will work with colleagues from sales, production, quality assurance, and application technology.


Training duration:
3.5 years. Shortening of the training is possible with appropriate qualifications, depending on the school leaving certificate and academic performance.


Vocational School:
Kerschensteiner School, Stuttgart-Feuerbach

What We Expect

Good intermediate school leaving certificate or higher education entrance qualification

German language skills (C1)

What We Offer

As a trainee, you will work 40 hours per week, including vocational school hours. Depending on the training profession, you will work flexible office hours or in shifts. As a trainee, you are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year.
