As a special rehabilitation facility, we have been supporting people with mental impairments on their way into the workforce or back to work for 25 years.

We work closely with clinics, specialists, psychotherapists, social psychiatric services, self-help and family support groups, as well as partners from the business world.

We are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking a
Psychologist (m/f/d) for our location in
Gera to start as soon as possible on a part-time or full-time basis.


Your responsibilities:

  • In individual coaching sessions and group activities, you will assess the skills of clients and prepare them for vocational training or employment.
  • As a psychologist, you will identify individual barriers and develop coping strategies.
  • In addition to aptitude assessments, you will establish contacts with clinics, healthcare providers, and external partners in the region who provide psychological and social support.
  • You will conduct psychological conversations to help clients manage their illnesses, develop coping strategies, and connect them with other external support services.
  • Administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.
