Midway IT Support Engineer

Location: Emden, Germany

Job Description:

Must be fluent in German
1-3 years of technical experience in desktop support or system administration roles
Recent hands-on experience with desktop support and system administration
Advanced skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with PowerShell scripts in operational environments
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD
Ability to provide comprehensive support for non-standard devices
Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting Windows (32-bit & 64-bit), Office 365, OneDrive, Exchange 2016, and SharePoint Online
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting mobile devices, iOS, Air Watch, Mobile Device Management (MDM) Console, and Intune
Familiarity with ticket management according to company guidelines
Understanding of Active Directory concepts and policy controls
Knowledge of ServiceNow and ISO/ITIL processes and documentation standards is advantageous
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical individuals
