Key job responsibilities
In this role, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Design and Delivery: Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable tax technology solutions
  • Data Analysis: Conduct indepth research and analysis of tax reporting data for specific tax jurisdictions, addressing data quality issues, and defining functional requirements for technical development.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with tax teams to enhance efficiency and controllership in current processes, educating them on data acquisition for reporting, planning, and controllership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, fostering relationships with the tax, business and engineering teams across Amazon.
  • Metrics Development: Support the creation of new metrics to quantify the value of various aspects of tax data.
