Engineer/Technician (m/f/d) Commissioning - Olpe, United States - Omega Enterprises
Description
Your tasks:
- Preparation and takeover of our testing systems and test benches in-house and after sufficient training on-site at our international customers
- Independent worldwide commissioning of test benches and test bench software
- Conducting measurement investigations and analyses
- Ensuring the functionality of various individual components such as hydraulic systems, drive technology, gearboxes, and control technology
- Coordination of commissioning and processes with external and internal interfaces until successful final acceptance
- Instructing and supervising commissioning in various technical areas
- First point of contact on-site for customers and collaborating trades
Your profile:
- Degree in mechatronics or completed training as a mechatronics technician with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in special machine construction and commissioning of systems
- Knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Beckhoff/TwinCAT or Siemens S7/TIA-Portal)
- Knowledge of control and drive technology
- Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form
- Willingness to travel regularly worldwide (60%) for a maximum of 6
