Deputy Head of Financial Accounting in Part-Time (m/f/d)


For our location in
Waghäusel, we are currently looking for a colleague in part-time (m/f/d) as Deputy Head of Financial Accounting.


Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (good knowledge of German accounting standards)
  • Account reconciliation / monthly accruals
  • Management of general ledger and fixed asset accounting
  • VAT preregistration and annual VAT declaration
  • Cash management control and preparation of liquidity planning
  • Responsible contact person for banks, auditors, tax authorities, and tax consultants
  • Controlling of debtor reminders, insolvencies, and risk management

You are a good fit for us if, in addition to teamwork and communication skills, you also bring the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in the abovementioned field of activity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and flexibility
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
