Are you an experienced talent scout who knows exactly how to approach and attract the best candidates for our company? Do you want to actively shape the future of the various MVI companies with the best professionals in the fields of IT, engineering, and technology? Then we are looking for you

  • You will manage and accompany the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to contract creation.
  • You will be a reliable sparring partner for the hiring managers of the MVI companies and proactively contribute.
  • You will create job postings tailored to the needs and target groups and select suitable recruiting channels for engineers and IT professionals.
  • You will search for suitable candidates on social media platforms (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.) and also explore new ways to attract the right talent for us.
  • You will conduct interviews together with the department and negotiate contract terms with the candidates.
