We are looking for a contractor to undertake a complete renovation of a very old village house (built in 1900) located in East Charlotte, VT.

The house was partially renovated in 1987 and 1998, but the upper floor and roof are in very poor condition and require a full renovation.


The project is for a residential property, specifically a single-family home, with a surface area of m2 and two floors.

The renovation is needed for the purpose of improving the overall condition and functionality of the property.
