For the private customer sales division of Deutsche Telekom, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) at our location in Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks in the shop:


  • You advise customers in the shop on all matters related to internet, landline and mobile products
  • You handle complaints and assist with problem solving
  • You conduct indepth sales conversations about the individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
  • You process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns
