Description

This position is responsible for providing support and help lead the manufacturing facilities and project teams on continuous improvement activities using lean concepts and tools.

This support includes identifying opportunities for improvement, facilitating kaizen events, coordinating and providing lean training, tracking results and following up to ensure improvements have been sustained.


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Sales Administrator
  • Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing with all sale and marketing objectives, as required.
  • Handle the Schedule Process based on established guidelines.
  • Produce and distribute schedules to all parties involved.
  • Chassis Management: Order and Purchase chassis and release chassis pool thru GM/Ford
  • Representative to complete ISO Certification.
Quality Administrator

  • Assist the Quality/Op Ex Manager with all Quality/Op Ex objectives, as required.

Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks-Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations-Record findings and relay this information to the production team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Project Management skills a plus.
