MUST BE FOOD SAFETY CERTIFIED
Darlington Memory Lane is a small privately owned Assisted Living facility. We are looking for a responsible and reliable cook to work Monday-Friday 1-7 or 8pm, weekends as needed
Will train accordingly.
- Cleaning daily to DOH guidelines.
- Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Plan and/or follow a weekly menu consisting of well-balanced nutritious meals that meet USDA requirements ensuring proper taste and temperature.
- Serve the Residents in our community.
- Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure sanitation/cleanliness and functional operation.
- Keep accurate records, temperature logs, counter meeting, and signage.
- Receive, rotate and inventory products and regulatory compliance.
- Observe and give input on menus and spending in order to assist in better menu planning and food ordering.
Qualifications:

Active RI Food Safety Manager certification or safe serv certificate a must
- Professional, friendly attitude.
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
