The BÄR & OLLENROTH GROUP is a wholesale company for building technology.

We are a member of the Europe-wide operating GC Group and supply exclusively to licensed trade professionals in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning/ventilation, and electrical industries through a 3-tier distribution system.

As a wholesaler, we act as a link between manufacturers and trade professionals on site.

Our strength lies in our ability to communicate with trade professionals, as we are service providers by tradition and conviction.


To further expand our success, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our team in Berlin-Tempelhof as soon as possible.


Specific responsibilities include:


  • Being the point of contact for our trade professional customers from consultation to order processing and handling complaints
  • Strengthening customer relationships through indepth technical knowledge and a solutionoriented, friendly approach
  • Exciting and convincing customers with the right offers
  • Being the first point of contact when things don't go smoothly
  • Constructive collaboration with our external sales team

What we are looking for:


  • A commercial and/or technical education
  • Understanding of the daily work of our trade professional customers
  • Good communication skills, a friendly telephone manner, team spirit, and organizational talent
  • Passion for sales.
